is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranty or guaranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

responsible nor liable for any indirect,incidental,consequential,special,exemplary,punitive
or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to the mobile
application, and/or content or information contained within the mobile
